Perivolos beach may have become trendy with many shops to besiege the coast, but there are constant values on the island, such as Ta Dichtia (The Nets) of Michalis Troullakis.

If you really have an appetite for fish, you can come here to try small blackfish simmered in olive oil and sea water, a unique experience for those that love fish and sea food.

From the starters stand in Santorini salad course, the local eggplant smoked barbecued combining the fleshy body with the scent of tobacco. Also try the delicate and tender anchovies that are marinated here ideally.

In the list must be the spicy Seafarer boozer delicacy with cuttlefish, squid, octopus and shrimp, and cuttlefish served with ink and oatmeal, as well as the famous psaropita (leaf stuffed with fish, usually cod, and vegetables).
