Krinaki is located in Finikia in Oia. It\'s name derives from the homonymous flowers that fill beach of Baxedes in August.
Krinaki is a tavern that places great importance on local raw materials. Here you can taste the genuine barley bread of Santorini (yes, once barley was produced on the island) with local tomatoes and caper. One of the best known dishes are the Xoirovoski, vegetables and greens gathered from the island along with boiled potatoes and also the tastiest white eggplants of Santorini with feta cheese and ground red peppers (called Florinis).
In Krinaki one can enjoy also meat eating. Try the herb meatballs with mint and chops. Also intresting is the collection of Greek cheeses.
