We are not young backpackers, but young at heart and like a bargain. We stayed at the Drossos in Sept. and found it very friendly, clean and comfortable. not luxurious but very acceptable, air-cond., pool, buffet breakfast and nice staff. We were picked up at the airport and given lots of help and advice abour Santorini. Perrissa is a resort, but great for swimming and walking. We moved to Fira for the second half of our stay and found the contrast very interesting.
