We love Kima Villa! We have stayed there the last 2 years. Georgia and her father Marco are great hosts. Spectacular view, clean rooms-- very nice and all different. Breakfast served on your private patio every morning at the time of your choosing. Grocery store close by to cook if you choose as each unit has a kitchen. It was a hard choice not to go back this year, but we want to see Italy. I have a feeling we will be back to Kima Villa in 2006. We are avid travellers and have stayed in many hotels. I have never written a review, but we loved it so much I wanted to share my experience with others. Happy travels!

For the price, this place is fabulous. The view is unbeatable and the rooms themselves are just right. Shared balconies make for a lovely spot for relaxing and the sunsets seen from them are absolutely magnificent. This place is definitely worth it!
