Traditional dishes and flavours that we have almost forgotten and yet we miss. Recipes from different parts of Greece performed with fresh and natural ingredients. The daily list is rotating every day and the menu is full of appetizers (meze), salads, pasta, risotto and warm dishes. Try the delicious sausage with chilli sauce, the Bekri meze with Cretan cheese and pepper as well as the unique Bougiourdi from Thessaloniki. Melitzanompourekakia, grilled vegetables with syrup of balsamic and the Cretan nuts with sun-dried tomato pesto, are some of the innovative while traditional dishes cooked with local ingredients from eachcorner of Greece, like the recognized virgin olive Seferlis - Laconia, giving aroma and flavour to our dishes and salads while enriching our diet and embellishing our table.
