Rates are quoted in Euro, per day, per house, double occupancy only, inclusive of American Breakfast, taxes and services. Each additional: 20% Supplement.

IMPORTANT CONDITIONS :
1. Wholesale rate is confidential, strictly for the leisure market and cannot be promoted or marketed just as house rate but as inclusive package to Santorini.
2. Reservations are subject to the house's availability and must be made through your agency's voucher.
3. Direct payment by client not acceptable.
4. 50% deposit is required upon confirmation of the reservation and the rest amount before client's arrival.
5. For stays Friday to Sunday (High Season) a 10% fee will be charged on room rates

6. Cancellation fees :

• 40 Days prior to arrival Date, we charge one night stay
• 21 Days prior to arrival Date, 30%
• 10 Days prior to arrival Date, 50%
• Non show or departure prior to the scheduled one, we charge the whole amount of the staying.
