Vinification : partial crushing of the Mantilaria grape and vented in parallel with a Mantilaria/Asyrtiko blend.
Bottling : I. S. ROUSSOS PTY LTD, winery in the Episkopi district of Santorini.

Characteristics : a lively, rosy colour, the fragrance of pomegranate, sweet rose and ripe tomato and a full, attractive taste.
