Vineyard : mountain slopes around Megalohori and Vothonas
Ground: established terraces of the island's sandy volcanic soil.
Microclimate : Mediterranean , with intense sunlight, humid nights, low rainfall, for extensive ripening.
Harvest : (2003) last ten days of August and the first half of September.
Vinification : Classic white process and cold-press.
Bottling : I. S. ROUSSOS PTY LTD, winery in the Episkopi district of Santorini.

First year available : 1996
Characteristics : fresh, generous, of glittering light lemon colour, with a bouquet reminiscent of light-fleshed fruit such as peach, pineapple and pear, with a few notes of white blossom. Tasty and pleasantly acid.
Alcoholic content : 13% vol.
Serving temperature : 9o - 10 o C
To accompany : sea foods, fish, lobster, hard, salty cheese.
