Characteristics : a pleasing golden colour with the fragrance of dried fruit and touches of honey and sage. A sweet drink with a refreshing acidity and a lingering of citrus and sweet chest-nut.
Alcoholic content : 13% vol
Serving temperature : 8o - 10o C
To accompany : as an aperitif with nuts and appetisers, or with after-dinner fruit, sweets or blue cheese. |
