Vinification : classic red process, then left in oaken barrels for a year.

Characteristics : near black in colour, an intricate aroma of ripe fruit with a wisp of smoke and spices. Robust, rich in tannin and a strong residual flavour that lingers long.

To accompany : roast meat, game, spicy red sauces and ripe cheeses. |
