A newly opened restaurant in Imerovigli that positively surprises with taste and price. Smart Greek cuisine and very pleasant atmosphere.
From the starters we recommend to take Anogi Salad and bougiourdi (baked feta cheese with tomatoes and peppers). From main dishes we really like pork with dried prunes and roast beef with cinnamon, both served in a traditional paper wraps.
Dinner for two with a wine for about 40 Euro.
An insider comparing to the pricey gourmet restaurants and the tourists-opting tavernas... Lampros, Chara and seem to have done a very good job as far as the quality of the food is concerned, as well as the cosiness of the taverna - what the greeks call mezedopoleeo.
Fresh salads, very tasty meat-dishes and various greek mezedes can make you enjoy your best greek meal ever! The service is very good and the owners will devote adequate time to you, to explain thoroughly what you are about to order and suggest their favorites while simultaneously they will be trying to transform your meal there to an experience! Don`t hesitate to taste the local \"raki\"-typical greek drink that Lampros is claiming to bring from his birthplace, Trikala...hooooooot! :-)
It remains open everyday for lunch and dinner, which in Greece is translated to 14.00 to midnight!
