Nichteri Restaurant opened in 2003. Since then, we try to present traditional recipes from different regions of Greece, but also from other Mediterranean places.
Santorinian fava bean, “bradada” (cod with tomato sauce), santorinian salad and meatballs are some of the famous dishes of the island found in our menu. However you˘ll also find modern dishes like filets Visanto, porterhouse with red wine sauce and various kinds of spaghetti with sea food.
The materials used in our restaurant come from different areas of our country, so that you can taste some of the best known greek products. You˘ll find cheese from Crete, Naxos, Syros and Cyprus, syncline from Mani, greek cheese “feta” from Epirus. Most of the vegetables are from the local gardens, while producers from all over Greece provide us with perfect wine.
