The worst car rental company.!!! We booked a car for 2 days in Santorini for the weekend. The reservation was made online successfully and we called them later in order to confirm it. Everything was fine. When we arrived to Santorini, we called them a million times both in their central offices in Athens and in the local in Santorini BUT THEY NEVER ANSWERED! The result?! No one showed up; no car!! We are still waiting for their call...! DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! They are fraudsters!!

We had the same experience as the previous reviews : paid deposit as they instructed us in detail where to put our name etc... And never received a car. We were left stranded at the airport at 6 am..and he did not even bother to return our calls and tell us he was not coming. When we manage to get through he was swearing at us and blaming us in a crazy rant talk. He also threatened me! We reported this to the police and I have made many calls to make sure this follows through and the district attorney takes over this case as this man who claims to be a comapny is a shame for our Greek tourism.

This company is really a fraud company. I have no idea why the government never investigates into this government after so many bad reviews by many people (All issues related to money). Just back from Greece, and we have a veryyyyyy bad experience from Odyssey Car Rental. http://www.odysseys.gr/ Here is our experience: -We rented a car for 100 euros for 3 days from 7pm 30th June to 7pm 2nd July. Paid the 100 euros with cash. The office we rented our car is in SANTORINI DOWNTOWN - Firostefani area,only 500 meters from Fira. -We went to tell the only man of the company (or that office) that we had a bit of scratch at around 6pm on 1st June. He charged us 250 euros and never give back our rented car! -We tried to talk to him politely but all he showed was rudeness! Even when his little son was there, he still shouted at us with dirty talk!!!!!! We just tried to get the 66 euros back because 100 euros paid was for 3 days in the contract. But he ended the contract with no reason. -He yelled at us to leave his office (It is very important to know that his home is just behind his office). We tried to talked to the head of the company and finally....the conclusion is.....all the telephone numbers on the website is picked up by that guy....the only man of that company.....Mr Odysseys!!!!!!!Do not cheated by the headquarter is based in Athens on their website......The company is just run by the guy himself who is living in Santorini downtown office!!!! -Finally, we are soooo angry and decided to go to police......and it is still in process. Hope this company can finally have some serious punish for what they've done!

We have had a very bad experience by using Odysseys Car Rentals in Athens airport. We have pre-paid, got a reservation number - but no car when we arrived in Athens airport. Now we have tried to get our money back (270 euro) but there are no reaction from Odysseys Car Rentals. I cannot recommend to use Odysseys Car Rentals - it's Fraud company. My experience: By planning our summer vacation in mid-July, we agreed to rent a car from Odysseys Car Rentals. We reserved the car in February and after receiving an email we paid the price in full as directed from Odysseys Car Rentals. We received an email with confirmation number, so we thought everything was working as planned. When we arrived in Athens Airport we was looking for a guy from Odysseys Car Rentals and went back and forth between the two terminals to find our contact person, but there was no-one and they do not have a desk in the airport. I called Odysseys Car Rentals and after several call I got contact. I explained that we were in Athens airport looking for our car and that we have pre-paid and had a reservation number. The man said that we were not in the computer system and hung up the phone. We tried calling again and they just hang up again. After several try's I got contact again and was told that I was not in there computer system, although I have pre-paid and a reservation number. I asked for another car but they did not have any left. We were forced to take a taxi to our destination and back to the airport (260 euro). After our vacation we have been writing several email, trying to get our money back from Odysseys Car Rentals but there are no reaction. I have called the company and was told that the money will be returned by end of the month (two months ago) but of cause there was no money received. I hope Odysseys Car Rentals are willing to pay back my money but I am not sure. If you are thinking about renting a car, do not use Odysseys Car Rentals. I cannot recommend to use Odysseys Car Rentals - it's a fraud company.
