Stayed in Perissa 2 weeks ago and this was by far the BEST restaurant we ate at! the pasta was out of this world and the desserts amazing!! there is so much choice it was hard to pick something each night!the staff are all lovely, very polite and friendly, especially Philipe, he is a great guy and we miss him! if you are going to Perissa this place is a must! once you have eaten there you wont want to go anywhere else!

Graham and I just wanted to send you an email to Thank you all for the fantastic wedding reception that you did for us.

As you know our wedding day meant a lot to both of us. From begining to end you made our reception absolutly perfect, for which we cannot that you enough.

EVERYTHING - PERFECT!!!!

All 47 guests really were blown away by our reception. As you know some of us are travel agents, of which any holidays we book to Santorini in the future we will highly recommend Aquarius for our customers to eat, we have your business cards so we will be handing them out also.

Hopefully my husband and I will return to santorini for an anniversary, when we do, we will come and see you all again.

For now, just a hugh thank you for everything that you did for us, we really did appreciate it!

Just to say that my partner Billy and I had the pleasure to eat at Auqarius for several lunches and dinners- it is the best resturant in perissa and beats any we tried in Thera- although they were nice. However apart from delicious, well cooked and presented food the speacial thing is the staff- young Marcos and Ioanna were polite cheerful and a pleasure to meet as were all the staff Philipe and a gentleman who appeared to be head waiter was superb- Santorini is a wonderful freindly Island and so are the people but Auqrius would be a reason to return on its own- thanks for some lovely memories ekfaristo.

This restaurant is very special- the food is beautifully cooked, well presented,good quality and excellent price - the house wine is great and a bottle on bone dry- lovely Nikteri wine from Santo wines really compliments the cray fish served there. The staff are cheeerful,pleasant and with the best service we have encountered,and we've eaten and travelled alot. Really you should go if you are in Perissa,Santorini- at lunch sample the food with the sea crashing onto the waves near you table and at dinner the dining area is comfortable,beautifully lit and elegant- 11 out of 10.

A very friendly atmosphere, the food is something to die for really gorgeous. The staff Marco, Cleio,& Ver are very friendly also the backroom staff (chef, washers etc)
