Santo Winery is a modern and attractive facility which has clearly made a commitment to excellence in wine production, and has made a commitment to presentation as well. Their approach to winemaking is reminiscent of the best the Pacific Northwest in the United States has to offer, from their use of gravity flow systems to handle their wines, to the careful crafting of their products. Staff were extremely gracious and eager to share their approach to winecrafting. I enjoyed my tour immensely; I hope my local distributors can begin to carry their products.
