This place was incredible! The staff was attentive to every need, friendly and knowledgeable, if you want it they will help you get it. The location was great . . . close to the center of Fira but far enough to be quiet. Great view of the caldera. Large rooms, great pool and courtyard, internet in the room, only six rooms and private homes on either side so it's quiet. Short and sweet . . . you can't go wrong at this hotel. Best staff on the island!

my friend and i just walked up and asked for a room for 3 nights and because we were already there we got an amazing deal. thats just the way it is in greece, its cheaper when you dont have reservations, you take your chances but it pays off. we got the room named carmen, two beautiful bedrooms, one washroom with jacuzzi, living room, and 5 outdoor sitting areas to choose from. the fact that there are only 6 suites makes it that much more attractive, you only have to share the pool with 6 sets of people and rarely was everyone out there. it was so nice not to have to deal with throngs of people. breakfast was preordered the day before, you get to choose as much as you want, and its brought to your door at the time you select! we didnt even go out for lunch, we ate too much for breakfast. you can keep in touch with the laptop they lend you for your stay, this is the best idea i have seet yet. i think all hotels should get on board. the staff are absolutely wonderful, the man at the reception is exceptional. he knew that on the day of our departure that we would be flying back to athens, he told us immediately when he found out the night before that there would be a 24 hour ground crew workers strike, basicly no one was going to fly in or out of greece for one day. without us asking he started looking for ferry tickets for us, we agreed that this was what we wanted and he booked them and picked them up for us. then he called our next hotel and told us there would be a late check in. we would have never known about the strike if it werent for him as we were just travellers vacationing and not keeping up to date with greek current events. the bellhop and the hostess were very friendly and helpful as well. this place was an amazing. by the way if you hear bells jingling when you're there then thats your notice that the donkeys will be trotting by soon. have a great time, we did!

Aria suites is an incredible place to stay. Firstly let me state what beautiful, polite people work in this suite, they help in everyway possible and made sure our stay was unbelievable, i have never met a bunch of people like it, fantastic! Secondly the villa's are of the highest standard and are spotless, surrounded by incredible views of the ocean and other scenaries this is a brilliant place to go , i will definately be going back to santorini, and to aria suites, amazing holiday!!

This hotel is amazing, everything was perfect: breathtaking view, extraordinary service, our stay in Santorini was fabulous!!
