We shopped at Jupiter at the very beginning of July 2019. Katerina, the woman who assisted us, was extremely helpful. We custom-ordered several items and paid cash on the spot (very reasonable prices, especially considering they included the cost of shipping). Katerina even threw a beautiful tile/trivet in our order! We were told that our items would arrive in 8 weeks or so. When they hadn\'t shown up in about 10 weeks, I emailed and received an immediate response that they were on their way, complete with a tracking number. After approximately 12 weeks, everything arrived - it was expertly packaged so that nothing was damaged and looks just as we\'d hoped. We were nervous for a bit, after reading the other reviews, but all turned out perfectly!

Visited Jupiter on October 17, 2013 during cruise vacation. Purchased 3 ceramic items for $890.00 with promise of free shipping to home in US. It\'s now July, 2014 and still no sign of our \"Paid For\" items. No response to numerous emails. Avoid this store!!

seems to be a common thread but we ordered a set back in August this year for shipment to Australia and still have seen nothing. Wish i had a local contact to chase this up. NOT HAPPY

Promised 4 week delivery. When hadn't been received after 6-7weeks, emailed with no response. Tried to phone, but all #'s didn't work. Finally contacted a colleague who contacted Jupiter on my behalf and only then almost two months later was it shipped.

We paid up front when ordering ceramic bowl and side dishes . Promised delivery in 6-8 weeks . It took nearly 16 weeks . They would not have sent it at ll but a local hotelier went to them on our behalf . What we finally received was not like what we ordered at all , much inferior . No response to our complaints

It took nearly 4 months for prepaid ceramics to arrive . If our hotel friends had not gone there we don't believe they ever would have been sent . What we got was not what we ordered . Not as nice at all . We were told many lies throughout

I bought a custom made platter from the Jupiter Shop in Santorini in June 2012. Paid for it up front and picked my colors, etc. Never received it. Phone # is no longer in service.
