No fee charged for cancellation prior to 21 days before confirmed arrival.

If there will be a cancellation: 15-21 days prior to arrival the 50% of the total cost will be charged.

Also for a cancellation made: 8-14 days prior to arrival the 75% of the total cost will be charged.

Ending any cancellation made up: 1 to 7 days before arrival 100% of the stay will be charged.

In case of non-show or departure prior to the scheduled and confirmed date the full amount will be charged.
